The new issue of Tarçın, the Student Journal of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Istanbul Gelisim University, Faculty of Health Sciences, has been published!


The 2024–2025 issue of Tarçın, the Student Journal of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, has been published. Tarçın is a non-peer-reviewed popular journal, published annually in both print and electronic formats. To access the newly released 2024–2025 issue, click here.

Tarçın Journal presents informative and educational content on current scientific developments, healthy eating trends, and public health topics within the field of Nutrition and Dietetics, all from a student perspective.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Board of Trustees and the Rectorate of Istanbul Gelisim University for their encouragement and support of the journal’s publication process.
