To apply for Thesis Master’s degree ALES  certificate (applied before 27.09.2017) with  minimum score of 55 or GRE score ( minimum 610) / GMAT  score certificate (minimum 450) is necessary. Note that validation of ALES scores is 5 years.

 ALES is not required for Non-Thesis Master’s Degree application. 

 

B. Ph.D. DEGREE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
 

To apply for Ph.D. degree ALES  certificate (applied before 27.09.2017) with  minimum score of 55 or GRE score ( minimum 610) / GMAT  score certificate (minimum 450) is necessary. Note that validation of ALES scores is 5 years.

Those who apply with ALES certificate are required to have the score of 55, with Batchelor’s diploma application 80 standard points are necessary. Batchelor’s diploma grade point average shoul be at least 3 out of maximum 4( or equivalent to it).

 

Ph.D. applicants are expected to submit Foreign Language Proficiency document obtained within 3 years before the application date with minimum score of 55. The languages are English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Persian. ( if the official language of the applicant’s country is one the listed laguages, candidates are exempted from a foreign language proficiency document)

Those who apply for Ph.D. program after Non-Thesis Master’s degree program graduation (registartion date is not earlier than February 6, 2013) are required to apply for Institute of Graduate Studies.

 

Those who graduated from universities abroad are required to provide certificate of equivalence. Certificate of equivalece is not required  for foreign students applying for graduate programs. Applicants need to get the approval of their Batchelor’s and Master’s diplomas obtained from other educational institutions from Council of Higher Education.
