A change has been made to the implementation of the "Introduction to Thesis and Seminar" course in our Institute’s master’s programs. Accordingly:
-
Each academic advisor may conduct the seminar course with their advisees either face-to-face or online.
-
Pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Graduate Education Institute Regulation, students are required to prepare their thesis proposal form by the end of the second semester at the latest, upload it to the relevant section in the OBIS system, and obtain approval from their academic advisor.
-
Students who fail to prepare and obtain approval for their thesis proposal form on time will be considered unsuccessful in the seminar course and will be required to retake the course in the following semester.
-
No physical submission of documents or printed thesis proposals will be accepted.
-
Students enrolled in the "Introduction to Thesis and Seminar" courses must contact their academic advisors using the advisor information provided under their photographs in the OBIS system.
-
This regulation applies to master’s students who are enrolled in the "Introduction to Thesis and Seminar" courses.
-
Students who are exempt from the "Introduction to Thesis and Seminar" courses or who have previously completed these courses successfully are not required to carry out the aforementioned procedures.
-
PhD students are excluded from this regulation, and their seminar courses will continue in accordance with the current practice.
