As part of Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF) Communication and Design Department Workshops, Gökhan Aydın's "MMotion Graphics Design in Desktop Advertising Films" workshop was completed.


Who is Gokhan Aydin?
 
Gökhan Aydın's television career, which started in 2000, continued uninterruptedly until 2009, and since 2009 he has been a consultant to television channels and programs such as Kanal D, Skytürk, Kanaltürk, Kral Tv and Atv. While working in the television industry, he prepared commercials for leading brands in the industry such as Turkcell, Calgon, Ritmix, Superonline, Elidor, İETT, İBB, Motorola, Altın Kelebek, Akşam Gazetesi, and Treşan by supporting various post-production agencies.
 
He has continued his medical animation career, which started in 2005 by making animations for the pharmaceutical industry, and by producing organic modeling and animations. Specializing in medical animation, Aydın has made promotional films, motivational films, and drug interaction animations for companies such as Bayer, Pfizer, Abdi İbrahim, Koçak Farma, Sanofi Aventis, GSK, Astra Zeneca, Schering Plow, Bilim Pharmaceuticals and Abbott.
 
Aydın still makes medical animations as a freelance and has been giving graphic animation lessons at the academy since 2013.
 
2 important aspects in animation: resolution and number of frames
 
The event started with Gökhan Aydın talking about the content and usage of the After Effects program. Continuing his narrative by making applications through the After Effects program, where animations and commercials are made, Aydın emphasized the importance of resolution and the number of frames per second that form the basis of animation. He talked about the change of image formats according to countries, the image and video format shapes used today, and the options for opening project files.
