On Friday, November 1st, British Painter and Art Educator Malcolm Hague visited the faculty dean's office. With the participation of Deputy Dean Prof. Dr. İsmet Çavuşoğlu, the talk on “Self-Portrait in Painting”, which started at 14.00 and lasted until 15.30, was held in the FAF Conference Hall with the participation of over 400 students, lecturers and guests.
After the opening speech of our dean, the guest artist was introduced by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Özel. The interview was successfully translated by Asst. Prof. Dr. İnci Selin Gümüş. Malchom Hague, who was welcomed with great interest and enthusiasm by students and guests, was presented with a certificate of appreciation and a plaque by İsmet Çavuşoğlu after his interview. The conversation also attracted great attention by the national media.
