 İGÜ FFA participated in the EKET University Promotion Fair


Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) participated in the EKET University Promotion Fair held on February 5-6. At the fair, İGÜ Board of Trustees Chairman Abdülkadir Gayretli, İGÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Bahri Şahin, İGÜ Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar Egeli, and the expert academic staff of Istanbul Gelişim University Faculty of Fine Arts (İGÜ GSF) were present.


They met with prospective students, providing detailed information about the university's academic programs, educational approach, and artistic projects while answering students' questions.
 
Istanbul Gelişim University stands out as the higher education institution in Turkey with the most internationally accredited programs. It also leads as the university offering 45 TYÇ-certified diplomas, providing international employment opportunities. Rector Prof. Dr. Bahri Şahin highlighted that 85% of faculty programs and 50% of all programs are accredited, advising students to consider accredited departments when making their choices.
 
At the fair, detailed information about İGÜ’s academic programs, student life, and campus facilities was shared. The university’s booth attracted great interest, where the institution’s educational vision and future projects were introduced. The "İGÜ Koçun Olsun" project, initiated by the Public Relations and Promotion Directorate to offer free guidance and support programs for all prospective students, also received significant attention.
 
Throughout the event, İGÜ Board of Trustees Chairman Abdülkadir Gayretli, İGÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Bahri Şahin, and İGÜ Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar Egeli emphasized the importance of making the right university choice. They highlighted the academic and social opportunities offered by İGÜ, explaining how these would add value to students' educational experiences. The discussions and presentations at the fair served as a guiding resource for students planning their academic future.
