Asst. Prof. Dr. Funda Özbucak, who serves as a faculty member in the Department of Communication and Design at Istanbul Gelişim University's Faculty of Fine Arts, has been selected to participate in the 'Supporting the Creative Economy' hybrid learning program. This selection was made by a selection committee composed of representatives from the British Council and Culture Unleashed after evaluating 405 applications from 50 different cities.
As a participant in this program, Özbucak will receive education in various fields such as branding, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and cultural heritage. The program aims to facilitate knowledge sharing about the impact and role of cultural and creative industries, foster new connections, develop policy solutions, and establish a common language. This development represents a significant step in supporting creativity and the cultural economy.
