 IGU FAF Fully Supports the 1st Dicle International Short Film Festival!


The 1st Dicle International Short Film Festival, where Prof. Dr. Şükran Güzin Ilıcak Aydınalp, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF) at Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), is a member of the festival committee, and where Ahmet Bikiç, a lecturer in the Department of Communication and Design, serves as the festival director, is set to open its doors to cinema enthusiasts from December 19 to 22, 2023, with the support of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the General Directorate of Cinema.


Diyarbakır, known for its rich historical and cultural heritage, is now gearing up to make a name for itself in the world of cinema. It is reported that nearly 100 films and documentaries have already applied for the festival.
