Ahmet Bikiç, a lecturer in the Department of Communication and Design at Istanbul Gelişim University's (IGU) Faculty of Fine Arts (FAF), will serve as the Festival Director at the 5th Bingöl International Short Film Festival, supported by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the General Directorate of Cinema.
This exciting event will host a diverse selection of films from 72 different countries and will take place in Bingöl from November 13 to 15, 2023. The Festival Committee consists of the following members:
