The research was conducted for tourists with pets to reveal which pet-friendly destinations are best in categories such as room quality, best views and best restaurants as a guide for their next vacation.
According to the study, Turkey was the top-rated vacation destination for pet owners in the world, with 94.3% of positive pet owner reviews.
In addition, 85.7% of pet-owning tourists vacationing in Turkey left 4 and 5 star reviews about the landscapes in the country. Restaurants in Turkey were also rated 4 or 5 stars by 77.6% of pet-owning tourists. Finally, 71.4% of pet-owning tourists left 5-star comments on Turkish coffee, revealing their appreciation.
