Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy announced that the 'Aegean Tourism Center Cesme Project' was planned within the framework of a sustainable approach and the target bed capacity was reduced from 100 thousand to 55 thousand in order to protect the region.
Minister Ersoy, who gave the details of the project at the meeting held with Izmir Metropolitan Mayor Tunç Soyer, Çeşme Mayor Ekrem Oran and the representatives of the tourism sector of the region, explained that with this study, they aimed to preserve the cultural and historical riches of the region.
With the Aegean Tourism Center Çeşme Project, it is planned to create fairgrounds, villages with the theme of gastronomy, health and ecology, and gardens where Aegean products will be grown.
