Istanbul Gelisim University Journals Continue Their Success in SOBİAD
Istanbul Gelisim University Journal of Social Sciences (İGÜSBD) is gaining attention for its rising position in the SOBİAD index, with faculty members from our department actively contributing, including Assoc. Prof. Serdar EGELİ as the editor and research assistant A. Mecid VERGÜL as a member of the editorial board.
İGÜSBD, which was founded in 2014, ranked 199th among 520 journals in the SOBİAD index, achieved an impact value of 0.205 and was evaluated in the Q2 category. With this success, it became one of the most influential journals in the Q2 category. İGÜSBD is an international refereed journal and is published in April and October. Although it has been indexed by ULAKBİM TR Index since 2015, it is also scanned by international organizations such as DOAJ, EBSCO, OpenAIRE, PROQUEST, SOBIAD, Ulrich's. The journal accepts articles in Turkish, English, German, French and Russian.
