As part of our event, we explored the critical role of stage management within theatre production processes, a position that holds significant importance in the creative industries. Drawing from her professional experience, Çağla Erdoğan provided comprehensive examples on backstage coordination, the indispensable nature of intra-team communication, and how stage management contributes to the integrity of a production.

Career Opportunities for Our Students and Graduates
Throughout the seminar, the responsibilities of a stage manager -such as task distribution, organizing scene transitions, collaborating with technical teams, and generating quick solutions during crisis moments- were discussed in detail. Erdoğan also shared her insights on potential internship and future career opportunities for students of the Public Relations and Publicity Department.
