Referring to the importance of having knowledge in every field in the sector, Kahraman stated that it is also important to specialize in one area. Stating that managerial profession is a profession that requires patience and dedication, Kahraman said that management is not in a position to save the player in the budget as it used to be, and that managers are now the language of the players. Stating how the relationship between management-production-casting directorate, which are three important branches in the sector, is maintained, Kahraman added that effective use of social media is very important for students who want to enter the sector.
