Dear students,
Our university has made a decision regarding the final exams to be held in the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester. This decision is based on the announcements made by the Higher Education Council on March 30, 2023, which grant universities the authority to determine when and how exams such as end-of-semester, single-course, thesis monitoring, and proficiency exams will be held. Therefore, the following criteria will be applied for the final exams at our university:

The final exams (including final and make-up exams) will be held in person (in the classroom).

Students who reside in earthquake zones or whose families reside in these zones and cannot attend the final exams will be granted a single make-up exam if they provide documentation of their situation.

The grading criteria and weights for courses will be applied as announced in the education, teaching, and exam regulations.
