The main topics of Dr. Mehran Rostamzadeh’s speech in the seminar titled  “Psychological Repercussions of Living Abroad” are as folloows: The mental and psychological issues related living abroad,the disorders which are more common in foreigners, The stages of living abroad in Oberg’s Cultural Shock Theory; honeymoon, negotiation, adjutsment, adaptation,the impottance of sense of place, the coping mechanism used in these times.Moreover, Dr. Rostamzadeh mentioned the importance of being positive and using Martin Seligman’s  PERMA model and Using SMART model for setting goals for foreigners.
