"2023-2024 Academic Year Student Orientation" and "Welcome Event" were organized for new students of Istanbul Gelişim University. A comprehensive and informative program about faculties and colleges was presented at the event.
While separate sessions were held for each faculty and school in the orientation program held at the Mehmet Akif Ersoy Conference Hall in Kule Campus; Students had a productive orientation program with the comprehensive information provided by deans and directors, as well as department heads and professors, about their departments. IGU Rector Prof. Dr. Bahri Şahin met with the students at the orientation program of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences; He talked about the advantages of being a student at IGU and the achievements of the university. Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Kenan Aydın introduced our university to our new students by making a detailed presentation about the success, vision and goals of our faculty.
