The article by Res. Asst. Guclu KOSE and Asst. Prof. Keisuke WAKIZAKA from IGU Political Science and International Relations Department on Turkish Foreign Policy in the Second Karabakh War was published in the 74th issue of the ULAKBIM-indexed Black Sea Studies Journal. In the article, the change in Turkey's Karabakh policy in the historical process, the effect of the Syrian Civil War and the policies followed by Turkey in the Second Karabakh War are analyzed.
