TRT Documentary Broadcasting Specialist Yasin Erda attended the event that was moderated by RA Erdem Türkavcı over Google Meet. Erda, who opened the event by talking about the documentaries he shot during his student years, the internship period and the projects he carried out after graduation, gave information to our students about documentary broadcasting through the workflow followed in TRT Documentary. Erda stated that the documentaries broadcast on TRT Documentary channel go through four stages and these are the program directorate, the broadcast planning and management directorate, the creative and visual affairs directorate and the administrative affairs directorate. Our guest explained the duties of the broadcaster in terms of technical control, controlling the server system, following the broadcast flow, segment concept and archiving. Mentioning the issues that the channel and the broadcaster attach importance to and the criteria for viewing in documentary broadcasting, Erda emphasized that the broadcaster has played a role from the moment the documentary emerged as an idea. The event was concluded by answering questions from our students.
