Experimental, animated and fictional films with a duration not exceeding 20 minutes can apply to the festival, where the best film awards will be given in 2 different competition categories, “National Short Film” and “International Short Film”. By expanding the scope of the "National Short Documentary Competition", all documentary films, without the size limit, will be able to apply to the "National Documentary Competition", where the "Best National Documentary Film" and "Special Jury Awards" will be awarded.
