In addition to the Golden Tulip, the grand prize given to the best film selected in the National Competition at the 43rd Istanbul Film Festival, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Actor, Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Editing There are also awards for Best Art Direction and Best Original Music. The Best First Film Award is also given at the festival in memory of Seyfi Teoman. Best Documentary and Best Short Film awards are also supported by monetary awards. Films in the Young Masters section of the festival will be evaluated by the Nespresso Young Jury this year as well.
Fiction films longer than 60 minutes, documentaries longer than 30 minutes and films shorter than 20 minutes can apply to the festival, provided that they are produced in 2023-2024.
