According to the festival management's statement, short-term films shown online (YouTube, Vimeo, Digital Platform, Festival, Screening, etc.) anywhere in the country over the internet until the end of the festival will be accepted to the competition in order to reach more audiences under pandemic conditions. Films that are open to the public until the end of the festival will be excluded from the competition. However, productions whose duration does not exceed 20 minutes, including the credits, can participate in the competition. Films that have not been screened for the first time or have premiered after 14 June 2020 can participate in the competition. The film participating in the competition must not have been shown in another festival in Ankara before. Deadline for Application: 15 September 2022.
