Within the scope of the 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program carried out by the TUBITAK Scientific and Technological Research Council, 43 projects of Istanbul Gelisim University students were entitled to be supported.
Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), moving forward with the vision of "Research University"; It enables its students to work on scientific, technological, research and development. According to the results of the call for the 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program 2023/1st period, which is carried out by the TUBITAK Directorate of Science Initiative Support Programs (BİDEB), 43 projects of IGU students were entitled to be supported.
Faculties entitled to receive support
The program aims to encourage undergraduate and associate degree students studying at universities to conduct research through projects. In the program where projects developed by faculty members and students are supported, Istanbul Gelisim University;
18 projects from the Faculty of Health Sciences
8 projects from the Faculty of Fine Arts
6 projects from Istanbul Gelisim Vocational School
5 projects from the Faculty of Applied Sciences
2 projects from Vocational School of Health Services
2 projects from the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences
1 project from the School of Physical Education and Sports
A total of 43 projects developed by students and academics, including 1 project from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, were entitled to be supported by TÜBİTAK.
