BAŞKENTGAZ’S PUBLIC OFFERING

While the bookbuilding process regarding the public offering of Başkentgaz shares was carried out between 3-4 June 2021, the company's shares with a nominal value of 175 million TL were offered to the public.

The public offering price of the company's shares with a nominal value of TL 1 was 9.72 TL. According to the results published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the size of the public offering was recorded as 1.7 billion TL as a result of the sale of shares with a nominal value of 175 million TL.
