Making a strategic move to strengthen its international presence following sharp declines during the coronavirus pandemic, Japan's All Nippon Airways (ANA) announced a major expansion plan for fiscal 2024, which starts on April 1. Underlining the importance of the European network, ANA will increase daily flights from Tokyo's Haneda airport to Munich and Paris from July 1. The company will restart operations to Vienna in August, which were suspended during the pandemic, and will implement operations to Milan, Stockholm and Istanbul in the 2024 winter schedule (starting in November).
