 2021 Project Year Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Applications


2021 PROJECT YEAR ERASMUS+ STAFF TEACHING AND TRAINING MOBILITY APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN STARTED.


n line with the additional grant the Turkish National Agency allocated to our university within the scope of 2021 Project Year, Erasmus+ Staff Mobility applications for the staff who would like to participate in the Erasmus+ Staff Teaching and Training Mobility will be taken through the application portal (https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/)  between 03.04.2023 and 23.04.2023.  Applications submitted after the relevant dates will not be considered. Before applying, please carefully read the 2021 Project Year Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Guide in the Useful Documents section.
 
 
APPLICATION STEPS:
  1. Please type “https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/giris” in the browser address bar.
  2. Please type “Istanbul Gelisim University” into the search bar on the screen that appears.
  3. Please read the announcements and directions carefully and choose the announcement that is suitable for you. 
  4. Then click on the "Login with e-government" button in the upper right corner and enter your personal information (Republic of Turkey Identity Number and Password) and click the "Log In" button.
  5. Please click on the post you would like to apply for on the screen that appears and click on the “Apply” button on the page that opens.
  6. Please follow the application steps consisting of 7 steps and click the "Complete Application" button in the 7th step, "Approval.
