Prof. Dr. Nefise Semra ERKAN Presented a Paper at the EDUCongress2026 International Education Congress
Prof. Dr. Nefise Semra ERKAN, a faculty member in the Department of Child Development at Istanbul Gelisim University’s Faculty of Health Sciences, participated in the EDUCongress2026 International Education Congress, hosted by Gaziantep University from September 9 to 12, 2026.
Prof. Dr. Nefise Semra Erkan presented a paper titled "The Impact of Digital Interventions in Early Childhood on Social-Emotional Well-being and Psychological Resilience: A Systematic Review," which she co-authored with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nilüfer KURU.
The congress addressed the fundamental concepts, impacts, and challenges of artificial intelligence and digitalization in education, and shared current scientific findings regarding the effects of digital interventions in early childhood on children's social-emotional well-being and psychological resilience.
